Navigating Passion, Purpose, and Personal Transformation

Hello, allow me to introduce myself! I am an adventurer rampant with curiosity. I grew up on an organic farm in South Dakota where my enthusiasm for adventure was born. I embrace every adventure from cross-country road trips to daily errands and every opportunity to try something new. Courage Baby! I have a thirst for learning, exploring, and trying all things life has to offer at least once, twice if I like it! I’m an avid dog lover, reader, ENFJ, and personal growth enthusiast.

I attended college in Minnesota for psychology and social work where professional life led me to a career in various corporate leadership positions. I sharpened my skills in teaching, coaching, training, and people development as a Training Coordinator followed by a fulfilling decade in hospitality management. However, an unshakable restlessness prompted me to reconsider my path.

In reflection, I realized that what fueled my passion wasn’t just meeting business objectives but the profound satisfaction of helping individuals grow, develop, and achieve their potential. The moments spent coaching and mentoring colleagues were the ones that left a lasting imprint on my soul.  I realized I couldn’t ignore the burning desire to continue into the transformative power of coaching.

During this period of self-discovery, I leaned into another critical aspect of my life—my family. I currently live in North Dakota with my fiancé Robby and my bonus-kiddo Harper. We share a love for travel, water activities, camping, music, and adventuring. Their support empowered me to find the courage needed to build our future with freedom and make the transition from corporate to coaching.

Life coaching, for me, is not just a profession; it’s a calling—an opportunity to combine my background in psychology, social work, and corporate training with the wisdom gained from family life. Together, let’s embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and the pursuit of a life that truly aligns with your passions and purpose and opens you up to the endless possiblities.
